Russian feature film «Nuremberg» screened in Nairobi
In celebration of the 78th Anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War (1941-1945), on May 16, 2023 the Russian film «Nuremberg» (2023) was shown in Nairobi.The event at Westgate Mall Cinema was attended by members of the Nairobi diplomatic corps, representatives of the Kenyan media and public, as well as Russian compatriots living here.
«Nuremberg» is a Russian feature film directed by Nikolai Lebedev about the Nuremberg Trials of 1945. The basis of the script was the novel "Forever and ever" by Alexander Zvyagintsev. For filming the picture at Mosfilm, the courtroom of the Nuremberg Palace of Justice was recreated in full size.
